Why do my Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS6 HD videos have choppy playback?
I just bought a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS6 and the videos I have recorded with it play fine on the camera itself, but when I transfer the files to my computer, they have very choppy playback in Quicktime. Is there another program I can use to play these files?
The camera saves in QuickTime Motion JPEG format so you would appear to have the best software to play the video.
Check that you have an up to date version.
It may not be the software.
Is your computer fast enough? Perhaps you should check the required specifications.
Try shutting everything down so it’s just the QuickTime program running.
