can you change the color of the pictue on the Canon Eos Digital Rebel T1i?
I’m thinking of buying the Canon EOS Digital Rebel T1i but i was just wondering if i’m able to take black and white pictures, sepia etc. on this camera..Anybody know if this is possible?
Yes. Black and white is called monotone in their menu system. However, many find it better to take a photo in raw, and then convert it to sepia or black and white with a single button click later using the Canon software. This way you have a color version of the photo (the original RAW file) and a black and white. If you shoot JPEG in monotone, you will only have a black and white without the ability to change it back to color later.
Keep in mind that pretty much any Digital Camera out there can do this, which makes it a poor reason to spend hundreds on a DSLR.
